SOLUTIONS End of Line Testers (EOL)

  • Motor Test System: EOL tester developed to control and log data of Motor under test.Various tests like Voltage regulation, Temperature rise test etc can be carried out automatically. Pass and Fail result will be displayed based on configured data
  • Alternator Test System: "With identifying & selecting the apt NI resources, we were able to finish the entire test 12 to 14 minutes earlier, reducing alternator's Test Cycle Time by 10+%"
    The Challenge: Customer wanted us to develop a solution over the Alternator (End of line) Testing System that shall CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR the temperature rise, during the heat-run test.
    The Solution: With identifying & selecting the apt NI resources, we designed a functionality that enabled the COMBINED loading of two RESISTIVE (Resistance) + INDUCTIVE (inductance) loads, simultaneously besides enabling to measure seven different parameters (KW, Power factor, Current at varying loads, Current at full load, phase to phase Voltage, Ambient temp as well as alternator's temperature simultaneously.
  • ECU Test Bench: EOL tester used to test vehicle ECU. Operator needs to manually connect all electrical cables, select model and start testing. Test sequence of different models of ECU can be set by manager.
  • Outer Door Handle EOL Testing: Test bench is used to simulated different door handle actions done by a driver to lock or unlock the car. Actions like pressing a door switch, sensing presence of hand, sensing presence of remote from specific distance.
  • Gear Box Testing: EOL designed for Endurance testing of gear box functionality. Gear shifter lever will be operated with the help of motor. User needs to teach the path to follow gear sequence. Once path is recorded same will be followed for number cycles defined by user it can be even greater than 100,000 cycles per gear box. Different parameters will be captured during this endurance test.
  • Spring Tester: EOL tester used for calculating compression and tension values for different sized springs.
  • EOL Tester to Test Signalling Group Relays: The sequence of testing the particular UUT (Group) is defined in form of a excel table. Each row of the table is specifying the stimulus to be applied to the UUT and the response is to be checked during that step. Matrix card (8X128) is used to create path for applying stimulus or checking response.
